Elizabeth Elliott, informed therapist in Washington State

Meet Elizabeth Elliott, MA, LMFT

Hi, I’m Liz. Like you, my journey has been complicated — and sometimes messy.

After earning my degree in English Literature, I set out to "find myself," working a mix of jobs and meeting people from every walk of life. By 40, I thought I had it figured out — until a cancer diagnosis changed everything. Battling for my life gave me new clarity: I wanted my work to reflect the lessons I'd learned through struggle, resilience, and growth.

At 43, I went back to school to become a therapist, and I finally found my place. Today, helping others navigate healing is the most meaningful work I know.

I believe there’s no one "right way" to live — only the way that's right for you. My goal is to walk beside you through the rough spots — relationship conflict, anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD — while encouraging you to build a life that feels true, joyful, and fully your own.

If you're ready to begin, I’m here to meet you exactly where you are.

"Healing isn’t a straight line. It’s a path you create, step by step, with every small act of hope."
